The Halong Tourism Week 2007 will take place in Halong City, Quang Ninh Province, from April 28 to May 2, 2007 with interesting and unique activities.

One of the key points of the Halong Tourism Week 2007 will be Halong carnaval, which is held for the first time in Quang Ninh with the participation of around 1,000 professional and amateur artists, and especially Miss Beach, Miss Vietnam, and Miss Photo.

The organizers have also invited some art troupes from China and the Republic of Korea to perform at the festival.

Before the opening ceremony, a group of stuntmen from HCMC will perform items that are defined as Vietnam’s records.

A programme called "Halong fanciful night" will be supported by fireworks and a modern system of laze lights.
