Day 1 : Vientiane – Arrival

Upon arrival at the Wattay airport, welcome and tranfer to the hotel. Take a short panoramic city tour. Vientiane is a nice city with gorgeous pagodas and squares. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Vientiane. (D.)

 

Day 2 : Vientiane

After breakfast, visit Wat Simuang, Vientiane’s most sacred site, and the religious museum at Wat Sisaket, where thousands of Statues of Buddha in wood, stone and bronze are displayed. Continue the tour including a stop at Wat Pra Keo, original home of the Emerald Buddha that now resides in Bangkok, the 16^th century That Luang Golden Stupa, and the Ratuxai Victory Gate, also known as the Laos’ Arc de Triomphe. The afternoon is free for relaxation and for viewing the sunset along the banks of the Mekong River. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Vientiane. (B.L.D)

 

Day 3 : Vientiane – Departure

Breakfast. Visit the Central Market full of local products. Transfer to the airport for the departure.
