Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh – My Tho - Vinh Long

Drive to My Tho. Cycle from My Tho to Cai Be , getting off the beaten track, through villages and Rach Gam – Xoai Mut (25 kms). Lunch at a restaurant of the Xoai Mut tourist site. Proceed to Vinh  Long. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Vinh Long town. (L.D)

 

Day 2 : Vinh Long – Can Tho

Breakfast. Take a boat trip acrossing the Tien river to the Binh An island. Cycle through villages around the island (10 kms). Lunch. Re-joint the coach at the ferry harbor of Co Chien and drive 3 kms to the village of Ba Cang. Continue to cycle to the village of Cai Von (36 kms). Proceed to Can Tho by coach. Arrive Can Tho. Day 3 : Can Tho – Chau Doc

Breakfast. Enjoy early morning boat ride to visit the floating market of Cai Rang and Phong Dien. Disembark at the wharf of Cay Me bridge and cycle through rice fields, villages to Ba Xe – O Mon (25 kms). Lunch en route. Drive to Chau Doc. Enjoy a boat trip to Con Tien island to visit a Cham village with their mosque and to experience about the feeding of catfish in their natural river habitat at floating houses Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Day 4 : Chau Doc – Ho Chi Minh

Breakfast.. Drive to the mountain of Sam for visites to Chua Hong pagoda, Lord-Lady temple, Thoai Ngoc Hau mausoleum. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh. Lunch at a local restaurant in Vinh Long. (B.L.)
