NTS-INDO 1 : INDOCHINA COMPLETE (21 DAYS/20 NIGHTS)

Day 1 : Hochiminh City Arrival (LD) 
Arrive and meet our guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Start city sightseeing tour to : History Museum, War Remnants Museum, City downtown including Reunification Hall Notre Dame Cathedral, City’s Post Office. Stop at a local handicraft and lacquerwares workshop to admire the talence of Vietnamese handicraftmen. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue the city  tour to China Town with China Temple and Binh Tay wholesales market. Relax on the top floor of Panorama tower, the highest building in HCMC to enjoy the view of the whole city. Cruise dinner along Saigon River. Return to the hotel.

 

Day 2 : Hochiminh City / Cuchi / Hochiminh City (BLD) 

Depart for Cu Chi, an underground tunnel system built by Vietnamese guerrillas during the war. Lunch at a local restaurant. Start to explore the tunnel system. Visit War Memorial in Cu Chi (Ben Duoc Temple). Return to HCMC. Dinner with traditional musical show.

 

Day 3 : Hochiminh City / Mekong Delta / Hochiminh City (BLD) 

Depart for Vinh Long in Mekong Delta.  Visit the ancient Vinh Trang pagoda on the way. Take a motor boat along Mekong River and An Binh canals. Visit Cai Be floating market, one of the typical features of the life in Mekong Delta, family run workshops producing tiles and bricks, ceramics, coconut cadies and rice papers. Stop at a fruit garden to enjoy seasonal local fruits. Lunch at a local garden restaurant. Drive back to Hochiminh City. Free to shop at Dong Khoi shopping area or Ben Thanh Market. Dinner a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

 

Day 4 : Hochiminh City / Phnom Penh (BLD) 

Free until being transfered to the airport for the flight to Phnom Penh. Arrival at Pochentong Airport in Phnom Penh. Meet the guide and transfer to the hotel. Visit Wat Phnom Daun Penh, Indepence Monument, Silver Pagoda (Royal Palace), National Museum and Cambodian-Japanese Friendship Bridge. Lunch and dinner at local city restaurants. Overnight stay in Phnom Penh.

 

Day 5 : Phnom Penh/Siem Riep (BLD) 

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Siem Riep. Visit the South Gate, Bayon, Bapoun, Elephant Terrace and Ta Phnom Temple. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue in the afternoon to visit Angkor Wat and view the sunset from Phnom Bakheng Hill. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Riep.

 

Day 6 : Siem Riep (BLD) 

Visit Prasat Kravan, Sras Srang, Banteay Khdei, Takeo and Ta ProhmNeak Pean Ta Som, East Mebon, Pre Rup Temples. Lunch at a local restaurant. P.M.: Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, East Mebon, Pre Rup Temples...Transfer to the local restaurant for the dinner with Cambodian traditional dance show. Return back to the hotel.

 

Day 7 : Siemriep/Vientain(BLD)  (the flight schedule is on every Wed. , Fri., and Sun. at 10.00A.M)

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Vientain. Arrive and meet the guide at the airport. Transfer to the hotel for checking in. After lunch at a local restaurant, take a city tour to visit Wat Simuang, Vientiane’s most sacred site, and the religious museum at Wat Sisaket, where thousands of statues of Buddha in wood, bronze, and stone are displayed. The tour includes a stop at Wat Pra Keo, original home of the Emerald Buddha that now resides in Bangkok, the 16th century That Luang Golden Stupa, and the Ratuxai Victory Gate, also known as the Laos’ Arc de Triomphe. The day ends viewing the sunset along the banks of the Mekong River. Dinner at a local restaurant, O/N at Hotel in Vientain.

 

Day 8 : Vientiane/Luang Prabang (BLD)

In the morning, excursion by road to visit Buddha Park,on the way visit Lao-Thai Frienship Bridge . PM. visit Lao Revolutionary Museum and doing shopping at the central market of Vientiane, Morning Market then transfer to the for the flight to Luang Prabang. O/N at Luangprabang. 

 

Day 9 : Luangprabang-Pak Ou Caves (BLD)

Take a boat trip on the mighty Mekong River. En route, visit the mysterious Pak Ou Caves built into towering limestone cliffs along the riverbank. Inside the caves are thousands of statues of Buddha in various sizes. Continue down river to Ban Xang Hai village, where the local residents create a unique rice wine called lao lao. After a picnic lunch, return to Luang Prabrang for a short visit to the typical Lao village at Ban Xang Khong. PM. take a drive to Khuang Si Falls, where waters tumble over multi-tiered limestone formations into a series of turquoise pools.End the day enjoying the sunset from the top of Mt. Phou Sivisit. O/N at Luangprabang .

 

Day 10 : Luangprabang/Vientiane (BLD)

After breakfast, visit the former Royal Palace (now the National Museum) and some monasteries in the city such as Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Sen, Wat Visun, Wat Aham.,etc and followed by doing shopping at Market untill the time to transfer to the airport for the return flight to Vientiane. Upon arrival in Vientiane, transfer to hotel. O/N in Vientain.

 

Day 11 : Vientiane/Hanoi (BLD)

After breakfast, free at your leisure untill the time to transfer to the airport for the flight to Hanoi. Arrive, pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon city tour to Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, Temple of literature, Historical Museum, ancient quarter of Ha Noi and Dong Xuan Market. Dinner at a local restaurant. Enjoy a water puppet show before the dinner. Return to the hotel.

 

Day 12 : Ha Noi (BLD) 

Continue the sightseeing tour to President Hochiminh’s Mausoleum, The One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, Ethnological Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit a traditional ceramic producing village of Bat Trang. Return Ha Noi and free on your own. Dinner at a local restaurant.

 

Day 13 :  Ha Noi /Ha Long (BLD) 

Ater arriving in Halong, board the Junk for lunch. Start the two-day-one-night cruise around the bay to surrounding caves and grottos such as Thien Cung (Heaven Palace) Grotto, Dau Go (Driftwood) Grotto,  passing Tuan Chau, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi, Canh Buom Islands. Swimming at Titop Beach. In the afternoon, watch the sunset or go fishing. Dinner and overnight onboard the cruise.

 

Day 14 : Ha Long / Ha Noi (BL)

Cruise to some other islands of  Bai Tu Long Bay and Bai Tho (Poem) Mountain. Shopping at Ha Long Market. Seafood lunch on board of the boat. Return to the wharf  and get in the car to drive back to Hanoi. Stop on the way to visit But Thap Pagoda. Free and dinner on your own.

 

Day 15 : Ha Noi free and easy (B)

This day is completely free on your own.

 

Day 16 : Hanoi/Hue (BLD)

Free until being transfered to the airport for the flight to Hue. Arrive in Hue and transfer to the hotel for checking in. Afternoon city tour to visit Imperial Citadel, Museums and tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Kings. Shopping at Dong Ba Market. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

 

Day 17 : Hue/Danang/Hoian (BLD) 

Boat trip on the Perfume river to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh Mang King’s tomb. After lunch, drive to Danang via Cloudy Pass and proceed to Hoian. Stop on the way to visit Langco Lagoon, Cham Museum and Marble Mountain. Check in hotel in Hoian. Dinner at local restaurant.

 

Day 18 : Hoi An (BLD)  

Visit Hoi An ancient town to Assembly Hall of Cantonese Chinese Congregation, Ancient houses (Phung Hung & Tan Ky houses), Japanese covered bridge and Hoi An Market extending along the river and features mostly consumer goods. Boat trip on Thu Bon River to visit some traditional handiwork village of Kim Bong Carpentry, Thanh Ha Pottery villages. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

 

Day 19 : Hoi An (B) 

This day is completely free on your own.

 

Day 20 :  Hoian/Danang/ HCMC. (B)  

Transfer to the airport for the flight to HCMC. Transfer to the hotel. Free time.

 

Day 21: Ho Chi Minh - Departure (B) 

Free until being transfered to the airport for the departure flight.
